Banteay Srei was built in the late 10th century. It is a Hindu temple with entrances on the east and west . The primary interest are the three central towers which are decorated with male and female divinities and exquisite filigree relief work.
At Kbal Spean, also known as the River of 1000 Lingas, there are carvings in the riverbed of the waterfall .It should be more spectacular but many of the carvings have been looted . Near Kbal Spean, there is a waterfall that can be reached by hiking 2km uphill. The water might be dried up or less during summer.
Both of these sites are on the same way but Kbal Spean is further.
